（三）確認危險品運輸文件的簽字人已按本規定及《技術細則》的要求培訓并合格。 (3)The person who signed the dangerous goods transport document is confirmed to have been trained in accordance with the requirements of this Regulation and the Technical Instructions and qualification has been achieved. 第五十九條 Article 59 經營人應當制定和使用收運檢查單以遵守本規定第五十七條、第五十八條的規定。 The operator shall develop and use an acceptance checklist so as to comply with the provisions of Article 57 and 58 of this Regulation. 第六十條 Article 60 裝有危險品的包裝件和集合包裝件以及裝有放射性物質的專用貨箱應當按照《技術細則》的規定在航空器上裝載。 Packages and overpacks containing dangerous goods and freight containers containing radioactive materials shall be loaded and stowed on an aircraft in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Instructions. 第六十一條 Article 61 裝有危險品的包裝件、集合包裝件和裝有放射性物質的專用貨箱在裝上航空器或者裝入集裝器之前，應當檢查是否有泄漏和破損的跡象。 Packages and overpacks containing dangerous goods and freight containers containing radioactive materials shall be inspected for evidence of leakage or damage before loading on an aircraft or into a unit load device.泄漏或者破損的包裝件、集合包裝件或者裝有危險品的專用貨箱不得裝上航空器。 Leaking or damaged packages, overpacks or freight containers containing the dangerous goods shall not be loaded on an aircraft. 第六十二條 Article 62 集裝器未經檢查并證實其內裝的危險品無泄漏或者無破損跡象之前不得裝上航空器。 A unit load device shall not be loaded aboard an aircraft unless the device has been inspected and found free from any evidence of leakage from, or damage to, any dangerous goods contained therein. 第六十三條 Article 63 裝上航空器的任何危險品包裝件出現破損或者泄漏，經營人應當將此包裝件從航空器上卸下，或者安排由有關機構從航空器上卸下。 |
